Dr Paula is the founder and owner of The Fourth & Alma Naturopathic Medical Centre. She holds doctorates from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and has been practicing for over 30 years. 

She is certified in Advanced Injection Therapies eg Prolotherapy, IV and Chelation, Ozone Therapy and Acupuncture and has prescribing rights. 

Dr Paula’s particular interest is in zeroing in on underlying factors that could be compromising her patient’s goal of better health.   Examples are hidden low grade infections (esp sinus, gut), toxic burden  (heavy metals, metabolic waste), neurological compromise (alignment, biomechanics) and mental patterns. 

For improvement in posture, pain syndromes and athletic performance, Dr Paula developed Neural ReSet Therapy, a therapy popular with patients for the frequent quick changes in posture, balance, breathe and discomforts.

When not at the clinic you may find Dr Paula on the ski hill, strolling the beaches or riding waves in a kayak.   more >>
